1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MentorsGlobal.online platform ("Platform") owned and operated by Lionsoft Limited, a company incorporated in Nairobi, Kenya ("Lionsoft", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreements"). If you disagree with any part of the Agreements, you may not access or use the Platform.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
4. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Platform to: Upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform. Use the Platform to solicit or advertise for goods or services without our express written consent. Impersonate any person or entity. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Mentor Rates and Fees
As a mentor, you have the freedom to set your own rates for mentorship sessions. You are responsible for collecting your fees directly from your mentees. The Platform may charge a transaction fee for each completed mentorship session. These fees will be clearly communicated before you finalize your mentor profile.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lionsoft disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lionsoft does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lionsoft shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Lionsoft or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of Lionsoft.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lionsoft regarding your use of the Platform.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You are bound by any revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms.
